Return Policy

• Returns: We accept returns within 15 of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within [X] business days.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at elioclothingapparel@gmail.com  within 15 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
